Herbal tincture that promotes good men's health & libido.

Directions: Put 30 drops in about 50ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before required.

Ingredients: Mondia Whitei (Mukonjo Root/White's Ginger), Ashwaganda, Panax (Ginseng), Sutherlandia (Cancer Bush), Urtica urens (Stinging Nettle), Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto), Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola), Tribulus Terrestris (Caltrop/Gokshura), Medicago sativa (Alfalfa/Lucerne) in 50% Alcohol and water solution.

If wanting to avoid consuming the alcohol content, place the drops in hot water and leave for 1 - 2 minutes, allowing the ethanol to evaporate away.

It's making a difference for what its meant for. Not huge but definitely is helping. I am also taking the prostate tincture. For some reason since I started taking these herbal medicines my blood pressure and cholesterol levels have improved a lot. Someone told me it is because these herbs are also anti-inflammatory so it improves health for many different things.
