Ingredients: Artemisia Afra (Lengana/Wilde Els), Calendula, Capsella (Shepherd's Purse), Alchemilla vulgaris (Lady's Mantle), Achillea (Yarrow) in 50% alcohol and water solution. 

Directions: Take 25 drops in about 50ml warm water twice a day. 

If wanting to avoid consuming the alcohol content, place the drops in hot water and leave for 1 - 2 minutes, allowing the ethanol to evaporate away.
